Key Responsibilities
- Customer & Account Management
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for all customer interactions
- Build strong relationships across all levels of the customer organization
- Respond to and resolve service issues using sound judgment and root cause analysis
- Conduct regular site walkthroughs to assess program performance
- Support account reviews and identify growth opportunities
- Represent Total Safety professionally at all times
- Program Management
- Oversee all on-site programs (VMI, vending, and value-added services)
- Manage program setup, changes, performance, and continuous improvement
- Ensure all equipment and service areas are operational and well-maintained
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as needed
- Apply contract terms and compliance requirements in daily operations
- Inventory & Operations
- Monitor inventory levels, usage trends, and replenishment needs
- Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies
- Oversee storage, product flow, and on-site organization
- Coordinate urgent or special fulfillment needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
- Reporting & Administration
- Track and report on program performance, inventory, and service metrics
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and transactions
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Communicate key updates and insights to internal stakeholders
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3 years in account management, program management, or industrial distribution
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn systems quickly
- Knowledge of inventory management principles
- Primarily based in industrial/manufacturing facilities
- Requires standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and working around equipment
- Must meet all site safety and compliance requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
