About the Role:
The Occupational Health Technician Leader will be responsible for providing EH&S support to operational areas within industrial/commercial facilities and pipeline locations. This role involves performing observations/safety audits, coordinating with EH&S representatives, and assisting in the development and management of safety technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily housekeeping audits for identification/correction of hazards.
- Act as single point of contact to customers.
- Provide support to shift/field supervisors on all safety-related issues.
Requirements:
- Occupational safety/health degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or industrial related safety and health experience.
- Ability to climb and work from ladders, scaffolds, and elevated platforms.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
