With 2 weeks starting vacationPaid trainingResponsibilitiesOperate as the lead on-site supervisor to technicians and laborers. Ensuring work orders are performed with quality and efficiency.Perform water, fire and mold damage restoration services, including extraction, equipment set up, selective demolition and cleaning.Perform contents pack outs/backs. Ensuring accountability and safe handling of clients belongingsMaintain open communication with clients, project managers, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.Ensures proper water mitigation duties are performed and equipment is placed on job within industry standards (IICRC S500), proper mold remediation techniques are performed within industry standards (IICRC S520) and Ensures pack out projects are performed correctly to provide for the safety and accountability of client contents, following company guidelines.Complete all job documentation accurately, including moisture readings, forms, logs, and photo documentation.Ensure the safety, cleanliness, organization, and accountability of all company equipment and supplies.Perform daily/weekly checks and inventory of mitigation vehicle(s).Displays a continuous increase in the knowledge and skill of restoration skills. (Utilize company training videos and books)ExpectationsBe available for predetermined on-call rotations (nights, weekends, holidays).Maintain a positive and collaborative team environment.Deliver high-level customer service at all times.Follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company policies.Skills1 year of experience in restoration (mitigation, mold, or fire cleaning)IICRC WRT, AMRT certifications preferred but not requiredStrong understanding of water mitigation equipment and hand/power toolsKnowledge of industry-standard practices for water, mold, and fire damage restorationStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and customer service mindsetAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentJoin us in making a real impact by restoring properties and helping clients recover from unexpected disasters.
