Big E - Appointment Setter

Are you outgoing, energetic, and comfortable starting conversations with new people? Total Remodeling and Repair is hiring Appointment Setters to represent our company at The Big E in West Springfield!

We are looking for people who are available specifically to work during The Big E, as well as team members who may be interested in continuing with us at other local fairs, festivals, home shows, and community events throughout the year.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with Big E attendees in a friendly and enthusiastic way
• Introduce homeowners to our remodeling products and services
• Collect customer information and set qualified appointments for our sales team
• Distribute promotional materials and help with giveaways
• Represent Total Remodeling and Repair professionally
• Help keep the booth organized, welcoming, and engaging

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident speaking with new people
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team
• Comfortable standing and interacting with attendees for extended periods
• Available to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends during The Big E
• Event marketing, customer service, or sales experience is helpful, but not required
