The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic while maintaining a patient caseload. This role provides leadership to clinical and administrative staff, ensures high-quality patient care, and supports a positive, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support clinic staff in delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow management
- Monitor clinical documentation, compliance, and productivity standards
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff
- Conduct chart audits and support quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure adequate staffing coverage and approve PTO requests
- Serve as a resource for therapists, support staff, patients, and families
- Address patient and parent concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of clinic processes, including referrals, authorizations, scheduling, and treatment workflows
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the Regional Director to achieve clinic goals and support organizational growth
Qualifications
- Licensed therapist (PT, PTA, OT, OTA, or SLP, as applicable)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with operational management
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
