Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and organization of workstations, ensuring all tools and materials are ready for production activities
- Support mechanical assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments under supervision
- Perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, to transport parts and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards and protocols
Skills
- Experience operating power tools and hand tools within a factory or manufacturing setting
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in mechanical assembly or technical proficiency in using measuring instruments
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, and managing production or assembly teams is a plus
- Strong manual handling skills with an understanding of heavy lifting safety procedures
- Excellent communication skills for interpreting technical instructions and collaborating with team members
