Job Summary:
The Digital Experience Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining digital banking systems and connected services across multiple brands or credit union partners. This role ensures reliable performance, seamless integrations, and consistent user experience across all digital channels.
Serving as the operational owner for online and mobile banking platforms, the Digital Experience Specialist works closely with IT, vendors, and internal teams to implement, test, and support digital products and services. This position plays a key role in optimizing technology that enhances member engagement and supports strategic growth initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary administrator for online and mobile banking platforms, ensuring system reliability, functionality, and security.
· Manage integrations between the core system and connected applications through APIs, SDKs, and vendor interfaces.
· Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to troubleshoot technical issues, test releases, and maintain data integrity.
· Configure and maintain system settings, user permissions, and platform parameters.
· Monitor digital system performance and adoption metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
· Support the rollout of new digital features, tools, and services across multiple brands.
· Document workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting processes for internal reference and business continuity.
· Participate in vendor management, including onboarding, ongoing support, and evaluation of new technologies.
· Provide reporting and analysis on digital usage, performance, and member behavior trends.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
· Experience in digital banking, fintech systems management, or enterprise technology support preferred.
· Working knowledge of APIs, data integrations, and vendor-hosted platforms.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
· Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and projects involving multiple vendors and brands in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience working within financial institutions, credit unions, or similar regulated industries.
· Understanding data mapping, authentication, and digital security best practices.
· Ability to work independently with integrity, consistently meeting expectations.

· Data tracking and analytical skills, with the ability to design clear, effective reports that communicate results and trends.

Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent is required.
· Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
Working Conditions and Requirements:
- Primarily an office-based role with standard business hours, with occasional evening or weekend work required to support community events.
- Position requires a mix of office work and community engagement, including local driving and event support that may involve standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 30 pounds).
- Repetitive use of hands for typing and phone handling.
- Strong hearing and vision for communication and data entry.
MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
