- Make Every Interaction Count: Take detailed notes and forward requests accurately, acting as an essential link between our members and credit union partners.
- Navigate with Ease: Master credit union websites and tools, consistently verifying caller identities and providing seamless service.
- Educate and Assist: Help members understand their accounts, debit/credit cards, and online services, making banking a breeze for them.
- Engage in Variety: Handle inbound and outbound calls, web chats, emails, and more—no two days are the same!
- Learn and Grow: Gain expertise in credit union operations, online banking applications, and specialized software, all while developing your customer service skills.
What You Need:
- No Experience Required: We value your potential and enthusiasm more than previous experience.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent (or working towards one) is all you need to get started.
- Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are key. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus but not a must.
