Evening Janitorial Supervisor
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. — 7 working hours per day, plus a 30-minute unpaid meal break.

Reports to: Area Manager
Total Quality Building Services is seeking an experienced Janitorial Supervisor to oversee evening cleaning operations at assigned commercial properties. This position requires strong communication and leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use technology to support daily operations.
Job Requirements
- Janitorial experience required; at least 2 years preferred.
- Previous experience supervising cleaning staff preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial and retail janitorial experience preferred.
Overall Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following and may be adjusted by Total Quality as needed:
- Direct and supervise cleaning operations and assigned personnel.
- Plan daily assignments and organize staffing to meet service requirements and company objectives.
- Provide direction, training, and support to cleaning staff.
- Inspect completed work and ensure contractual requirements and customer expectations are met.
- Maintain open communication with the Area Manager, building management, and cleaning staff.
- Build positive customer relationships through regular communication, inspections, timely responses, and follow-up.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, work rules, and safety procedures.
- Use company systems and technology to document inspections, communicate updates, and track operational needs.
- Coordinate with the Area Manager and provide support at other accounts as needed.
- Promptly report and respond to urgent issues and emergencies affecting assigned accounts.
