F-04 Security Officer for Nightlife and Special Events

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and vigilant F-04 Security Officer specializing in nightlife and special events to ensure the safety, security, and smooth operation of our entertainment venues. In this role, you will be the frontline defender of our patrons, staff, and property during evening hours and special gatherings. Duties

• Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems and perform regular patrols of the venue to monitor activity and identify potential security risks.
• Manage access control systems to verify credentials, perform background checks on visitors or staff as needed, and ensure only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
• Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances by de-escalating conflicts through effective conflict management techniques and law enforcement collaboration when necessary.
• Execute emergency response procedures including fire safety protocols, AED operation, CPR, first aid administration, and Taser deployment if required.
• Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, altercations, or safety hazards encountered during shifts.
• Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting for equipment setup or crowd management supplies while adhering to safety standards.
• Enforce compliance with all security regulations and venue policies to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff alike.

Skills

• Proven experience in physical security roles with knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation.
• Background in military or law enforcement service is highly desirable for its discipline and incident management skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills to interact professionally with diverse patrons.
• Ability to perform background checks, conduct thorough patrolling, and utilize access control systems effectively.
• Skilled in emergency response procedures including first aid, CPR, AED operation, conflict de-escalation, and firearm handling if applicable.
• Familiarity with security equipment such as Taser devices and compliance with all relevant security regulations.
• Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining situational awareness during high-energy events.
