Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Community Association Manager with a required and verifiable 3 years experience, who is organized with good customer service skills with some computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Homeowner Associations
- Maintain organized files and records related to the Associations.
- Conduct community inspections and submit violations report to Support Team to process them.
- Provide support for the Board of Directors and Committees .
- Handle Board meetings professionally, and prepare meeting minutes if necessary.
- Manage vendors who perform work for Associations you manage
- Collaborate with team members to handle all aspects related to your communities you manage
- Review monthly financial reports and approve them and review A/R Summary and coordinate with collations coordinator on delinquent owners
- Provide your Boards a monthly action report
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a real estate or property management environment.
- Familiarity with Enumerate, Vantaca, AvidXchange Strongroom software is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to licensing processes is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and vendors.
- Experience with data entry tasks and maintaining organized filing systems is required.
- 3 years of experience as a licensed CAM is a must

Ability to Commute:
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of community association operations.
- Perform Monthly inspections and report violations to CAM Support Staff to get violations processed.
- Utilize property management software (Currently TOPS / Enumerate & AvidXchange ) but switching to Vantaca in March 2026
- Provide exceptional customer service and relationship management.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure quality services at competitive rates.
- Submit your Action Items report to each of your respective Boards once per month .
- Send out monthly email blasts to each of your communities.
- Address resident concerns promptly while employing conflict management techniques to resolve issues effectively.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
