Tree Trimming Foreman

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Crew Lead to lead our Tree Trimming team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in arbor care. As a Crew Lead, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your leadership will be crucial in training team members and maintaining a safe working environment.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the Tree crew.
• Oversee tree care operations, including tree trimming and removal.
• Ensure proper operation of equipment such as bucket trucks and rigs.
• Conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and tree care.
• Utilize GIS technology for planning and executing projects effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, tree care, or related fields.
• Experience operating bucket trucks and other landscaping equipment.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
