The Inside Sales Representative will serve as the primary sales and customer service representative to both existing and new accounts within an assigned territory. What are the key role responsibilities?
- Answer customer questions about products, applications, prices, & availability. Provide ongoing customer support & proactive follow-up
- GROW! Hunt for new customers and applications while also maintaining your current account base
- Discover customer product needs through probing questions and make proper material recommendations
- Calculate customer pricing from material and fabrication costs based on customer specifications
- Keep up-to-date on new products and applying new knowledge to your role
- Enter all quotes and orders into the inventory operating system (Epicor)
