Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Engineer at our Lynchburg, VA facility. The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Key tasks include monitoring and controlling process performance, supporting engineering initiatives, troubleshooting production issues, analyzing data to implement process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals. The Process Engineer will play an active role in driving innovation and ensuring regulatory compliance in all practices.

Qualifications
- Experience in Process Design and Process Engineering to develop and implement efficient workflows
- Proficiency in Process Control principles and methodologies
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate production data and identify improvement opportunities
- Background in Chemical Engineering or a similar engineering discipline
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-disciplinary teams
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements (ISO 13485, FDA, GMP, etc.)
- Proficiency in technical software tools and an understanding of scientific molding principles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
