What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrician - Trailer Manufacturing position at Total Placement?
Seeking experienced Electrician to join our team in a growing trailer manufacturing company.
This role is responsible for installing and overseeing electrical systems to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are met.
Position Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing, repairing, and maintenance of electrical systems in enclosed trailers
- Wiring for interior/exterior lighting, brake lights, and signal lights
- Battery systems, solar panels, inverter setups, and shore power connections
- Work with generators, 12vdc, Romex placement, panel boxes, mini split a/c
- Ensure proper functionality/integrity/safety of electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during production
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an electrician (manufacturing or construction)
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
