We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities, and warmly welcome New Graduates and Licensed applicants. Our team operates two outpatient orthopedic clinics located in the San Diego and South Bay areas, serving a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to older adults who require skilled rehabilitative care.
Our clinics also have a strong focus on youth and high school athletes, particularly in the afternoons, creating a dynamic and rewarding environment for clinicians interested in sports rehabilitation. We specialize in pre- and post-operative care, gait and balance training, sports conditioning, and a wide range of orthopedic and functional rehabilitation services.
To recognize productivity and clinical contribution, we offer a highly rewarding quarterly bonus incentive program based on caseload performance. Clinicians working 32 hours per week are eligible to participate, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $4,000 annually, paid out quarterly, when productivity goals are met. This structure allows team members to see consistent, meaningful rewards throughout the year while directly benefiting from their impact, efficiency, and commitment to high-quality patient care.
Job Duties:
- We strive to create a balanced work environment where clinicians have dedicated time during the day for documentation.
- Help patients reach their goals by providing high-quality, individualized care through thoughtful evaluations, interpreting test results, and creating personalized treatment plans that truly support each patient’s needs.
- Provide hands-on, patient-centered care through manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, therapeutic activities, and select modalities, while working alongside a supportive team of technicians and physical therapist assistants to help patients progress toward their goals.
- Help patients feel confident and successful throughout their recovery by guiding, encouraging, and supporting them through therapeutic exercises, functional activities, daily living tasks, and the use of assistive devices, all while creating a positive and motivating treatment experience.
- Support patients beyond their time in the clinic by creating personalized home exercise programs, educating patients and families, recommending helpful equipment when needed, and coordinating appropriate outpatient or home health follow-up care to encourage continued progress and long-term success.
- Build strong patient trust and help maintain a professional, supportive clinic environment by handling all patient and clinic information with the highest level of confidentiality and care.
- Support the team as needed by contributing to shared goals and helping ensure smooth clinic operations and strong patient outcomes.
