I’m a Long Island–based entrepreneur running multiple local businesses (health & wellness retail restaurant), and I’m looking for a rockstar Personal Assistant to help keep everything organized, moving, and running smoothly.
This is a part-time role with flexible hours and the opportunity to grow into something bigger long-term for the right person.
What you’ll help with:- Managing calendars, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups
- Email and message organization
- Coordinating vendors, appointments, and local services
- Light admin tasks (expense tracking, organizing files, lists, etc.)
- Helping with simple marketing, promotions, and social media tasks
- Research, errands, and day-to-day support
- Being a trusted right-hand who helps keep life business on track
- Personal errands and organization
- Loves lists, systems, and checking things off
- Is proactive and anticipates needs without being asked
- Can juggle multiple priorities without getting overwhelmed
- Is comfortable with Word & Excel
- Is reliable, detail-oriented, and discreet
- Lives on Long Island and can occasionally be in person when needed
- Flexible schedule
- Variety (no two days are the same)
- You’ll work closely with a business owner who values trust, communication, and balance
