Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) – Hybrid or Fully Remote | 1099 Independent Contractor
Total Mind Wellness Group is seeking a motivated and clinically strong Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing outpatient practice. We are a collaborative, supportive, and evidence-based group committed to delivering high-quality psychiatric care across the lifespan.

Position Highlights

- Hybrid or Fully Remote: Primarily telehealth with optional in-person visits in Rockville Centre
- Patient Population: Adults and children (child experience welcomed and compensated at a higher rate)

Requirements
- Active PMHNP-BC license in New York
- Eligible to practice independently
- Comfortable providing telehealth services
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication
- Interest in integrating psychotherapy into sessions preferred
