Division: Janesville (Full Time, Exempt)
Under the direction of the Division Manager, the Account Executive is responsible for acquiring new accounts and/or projects in accordance with Company sales and profit objectives and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Years of Relevant Work Experience: 5 years of industry experience preferred
- Certificates/Licenses: Driver’s License
- Physical Job Requirements: Move throughout office, construction site, general outdoor environments, and use/climb a ladder
- Customer relations. Maintain and develop relationships with new and current customers.
- New Business. Identify, develop, and generate new business activity. Estimate projects, obtain bid bonds and negotiate contracts.
- Repair Quotes. Take, evaluate, and prioritize repair requests and generate quotes in a timely manner.
- Preventive Maintenance. Provide preventive maintenance quotes to customers.
- Training. Keep current on vendor equipment updates and enhancements.
- Participate in postmortem reviews of projects as requested.
