Under the direction of the Division Manager, the Assistant Project Manager is responsible for supporting project managers, senior project managers, and project executives with the successful installation of construction projects.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma/GED
- Years of Relevant Work Experience: 0 to 3 years of exposure to construction processes
- Certificates/Licenses: Driver’s License
- Physical Job Requirements: Move throughout office, construction site, and general outdoor environments
- Project Preparation: Obtain detailed understanding of assigned projects (contract specifications, terms, scope, alternates, estimated costs and planned installation methods).
- Project Documentation: Organize and maintain all required project documentation (job files, contracts, change orders, equipment submittals, RFI’s, and equipment manuals) in accordance with Company standards.
- Project Management Assistance: Acquire all necessary permits, licenses, and registrations and arrange for all job inspections.
- Project Financials: Prepare financial reports for project managers.
- General Assistance: Assist with preparation of bids and prequalification forms.
