Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Chiropractors in the delivery of patient care
- Perform patient intake and document diagnostic information accurately
- Maintain organized and up-to-date patient charts and records
- Coordinate provider schedules and patient appointments
- Ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional customer service
- Support front-desk operations, including registration and check-in
- Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic protocols at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of treatment areas
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming experience for all patients
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or relevant certification a plus)
- Previous experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical environment
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Experience with EMR systems preferred – ECW experience is a PLUS!!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS!!
