We are looking for a dependable and detail-driven Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector to support daily operations and lead by example at the TownePlace Suites.
You’ll inspect rooms, train staff, and uphold high cleanliness and quality standards across the hotel. We are looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced position and creates a positive atmosphere for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces for quality
• Assign housekeeping tasks, verify completion and assist with housekeeping duties when needed
• Train and support housekeeping staff ensuring they clean within proper timeframes
• Monitor supply inventory and usage
• Ensure lost-and-found, laundry, and safety procedures are followed
Must-Haves:
• 1–2 years of hotel housekeeping experience
• Familiar with cleaning procedures and safety standards
• Able to lead and motivate a diverse team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Haves:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Hilton brand experience
