Role Description The Senior Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bronx, NY, responsible for overseeing daily operations of residential cooperative condominium properties. This role includes managing building staff, coordinating maintenance and repairs, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant housing and safety regulations. The Senior Property Manager will handle resident communications, address service requests and complaints, support budgeting and financial reporting, and help optimize operating expenses. The role also involves conducting regular property inspections, preparing status reports for ownership, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain high standards of service and property condition.
Qualifications
- Strong property management skills, including oversight of multifamily, co-op, and condominium properties, with experience in building operations and vendor coordination.
