We are a family-owned landscaping company seeking a dependable Bilingual Landscaping Supervisor (English/Spanish) to oversee daily operations at multiple job sites within a 20-mile radius of our yard. This is a hands-on leadership role working directly in the field with landscaping crews.

Duties
- Supervise landscaping projects across residential and commercial sites, ensuring high-quality work and client satisfaction.
- Oversee plant/tree installations, lawn care (commercial), drainage projects (primarily residential, occasionally commercial), and winter services including snow removal and salting.
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and crews to meet project deadlines.
- Train and support team members to maintain company standards and safety protocols.
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members in both languages.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the company's high-quality standards.
