Your Impact
As a Re-Bath Design Consultant, you will:
● Meet homeowners to understand their needs, find urgency, and design their bathrooms.
● Present solutions using Re-Bath’s proprietary products and efficient selling processes.
● Guide clients through the decision-making process with clarity and confidence.
● Close sales on the first visit and turn in clean, feasible jobs to the Production Team
● Manage your time effectively from Consultations to Team support
Who You Are

● A proven One-Call Closer with a track record of results.
● Minimum 3 years of Business-to-Consumer Sales
● Proficient at using technology / software programs with iOS devices
● Hands-on experience with home improvement projects preferred.
● Naturally competitive, disciplined, and self-motivated.
● Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
● Personable, persuasive, and able to make a connection with customers quickly.
● Clean driving record and background check required.
Compensation and Benefits
