Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, friendly, compassionate person for our front desk team in a private-practice speciality dental office. Ideally, we would find someone with a warm, inviting personality who functions well in a team-oriented setting. Reliability and ability to multitask are a must.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations using our practice management software
- Verify patient information, insurance details, and update records accurately in compliance with privacy regulations
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding pre-visit instructions, treatment plans, and follow-up care plans
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence professionally while providing clear information about services and procedures
- Support clinical staff by preparing patient charts, collecting preliminary health information, and administrative/office tasks
Qualifications
- Prior experience in management is helpful but not required
- Experience working in a dental office setting is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
