- Support internal projects like training materials, presentations, and company communications
- Take feedback well and make revisions with attention to detail
- Basic experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
- A strong eye for layout, typography, and color
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines consistently
- Organized and can work independently
