Prior aesthetics health or wellness experience/knowledge is a valued. Position Duties The following responsibilities include, but are not limited to: \* Greets and checks in clients as they arrive for their appointments. \* Answers the phone in a friendly and helpful manner. \* Can promptly and efficiently prepare labels, charts, miscellaneous correspondence, etc. \* Maintains organized client files. \* Assists clients as they check out, i.e., scheduling next appointment, completing intake forms, consents, accepting payment, etc. \* Reschedules clients \* Calls client to remind them of following day’s appointments. \* Compiles new client information packages. \* Reviews, copies, and distributes correspondence. \* Maintains proper office opening and closing procedures. \* Keeps inventory of clerical supplies and reorders as necessary. \* Other miscellaneous tasks assigned (eg. CEO personal tasks) \* Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates inventory and prepares orders for review \* Works with our Administrative Team and CEO to update policies, procedures and intake forms that will improve day-to-day operations s \* Ensures work environments are clean, aesthetically pleasing and safe. \* Continually evaluates our client service and satisfaction and prepares monthly report for meeting \* Leads efforts to retain clients as well as convert consultations to new members \* Projects a positive image of our business to Team staff, clients, business associates, Vendors and general community. \* Interested in continued training and learning about our products and services to provide knowledgeable customer service \* Performs other front office related duties as assigned Qualifications Education and Background \* Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related major \* Mind body / Patient Now practice management software experience \* Excellent verbal and written, (including grammar) communication and interpersonal skills \* Ability to speak clearly and concisely. Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions. \* Ability to type 60 words per minute, compose messages and prepare documents \* Ability to engage with people comfortably and confidently in a warm manner \* Extremely proficient in Mac - Microsoft Excel, Adobe, Word and other programs \* \* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with consistent meticulous review \* \* Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills \* \* Marketing and Sales experience preferred Education and Background Bachelors Degree preferred and or Extensive and diversified background with at least 2 years of related spa, health and wellness experience. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
