Irrigation Technician

You will be responsible for accurately documenting daily service and installation activities, communicating clearly with customers and site representatives, and ensuring all work performed is properly reported. This role may require flexibility in scheduling, including extended hours, weekends, and work during inclement weather to meet customer needs and seasonal demands.

Responsibilities

• Perform irrigation service, troubleshooting, and repairs for residential and commercial systems
• Install new underground irrigation systems and system additions
• Repair and rebuild valves and manifolds
• Install and program smart irrigation controllers, sensors, and efficiency upgrades
• Complete accurate daily service and installation documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers and site representatives as needed
• Maintain clean job sites, vehicles, and equipment
• Work independently while coordinating with internal teams
• Be available for extended hours, weekends, and occasional off-hours work
• Perform work outdoors in varying and inclement weather conditions

Experience

• 2 years of documented irrigation industry experience and proficiency required
• Clean driving record
• Results-oriented
• Great attitude with a desire for growth
• Ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least 6 to 8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
