Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and motivated Fire Extinguisher Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and servicing fire extinguishers to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. License is not required to apply, but recommended. We will provide the study material and pay for testing if unlicensed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of fire extinguishers in various facilities.
- Perform repairs and recharging of extinguishers as needed.
- Ensure all equipment meets regulatory standards and is properly tagged.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, services, and repairs.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in fire safety preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
