Total Fire Protection is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate holds NICET II (or higher) in Fire Alarm Systems and excels at diagnosing and troubleshooting system faults, wiring issues, device failures, and communication problems.
Responsibilities
- Install, program, inspect, test, and service fire alarm systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform repairs
- Work with AHJs, follow NFPA standards, and complete required documentation
- Provide professional customer service on job sites
Qualifications
- NICET Fire Alarm Systems Level II preferred
- Strong experience with Potter, Siemens, Edwards, Silent Knight
- Ability to read plans, wiring diagrams, and technical documents
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
