About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on & solution-oriented Maintenance Lead to support our hospitality and residential teams. This part time position plays a key role in maintaining quality, functionality, and appearance of our restaurant, community, and outdoor spaces. You’ll work across active construction sites and occupied homes to ensure building systems and exterior gardens remain in excellent condition with minimal disruption to sta, or guests. This role requires someone who understands the details that make a space feel complete. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, upkeep, and report directly to our Construction Manager on any issues that arise.
Overview:
- Perform or coordinate basic repairs and maintenance across restaurant, brewery, residential, and landscaped areas
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors for specialized work
- Inspect and maintain outdoor spaces including lawns, irrigation systems, and gardens
- Communicate with team leads to schedule work without interrupting day-to-day operations
- Track, update, and close maintenance requests
- Assist with upkeep of homes under construction or awaiting handover
- Occasionally pick up and deliver supplies or materials as needed
- Follows all safety guidelines and ensures compliance with site-specific protocols.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a construction trade, landscape maintenance, or facility maintenance role
- Working knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, and sheetrock repairs
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs and move efficiently through active work sites
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable means of transportation to travel between project sites and suppliers
- Valid driver’s license required
- Employment is contingent upon successful background screening
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 29 per week
