Position Details:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
$6,760 – $7,813.91/month*
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
$24.50 – $30.43/hour*
- Salary is based on experience, credentials, education, and language skills used in the role (50% bilingual application).

What You’ll Do:
Deliver 1:1 behavioral support to students and provide guidance to staff and families
Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Mentor, train, and collaborate with classroom teams using ABA techniques
Maintain clear and accurate documentation and track behavioral progress
✅ What You’ll Need:
- Valid BCBA or BCaBA certification
- Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
- Current TB test (within the last 12 months)
- Must pass BCI/FBI background check
- Reliable transportation and appropriate auto insurance (25/50k coverage)
Work Environment:
Mix of classroom, school grounds, and occasional off-site support
Moderate to high activity and noise levels
Work with students who may present complex behavioral needs
