TDS IT is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Production Print Operator to join our in‑house print shop in Bentonville, AR. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in quality output, and thrives in a fast‑paced production environment.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor print production equipment to complete daily print jobs
- Manage, track, and fulfill print tickets accurately and on time
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
- Package, finish, and prepare printed materials for delivery or pickup
- Troubleshoot basic equipment errors and escalate issues when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient print production area
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, production‑focused environment
- Willingness and ability to lift and move materials weighing 40–50 lbs regularly
- Previous print shop or production experience is a plus, but not required
