Position OverviewA prominent Washington, DC professional services organization is seeking a polished, outgoing, and highly organized Legal Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of the firm. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting attorneys and senior executives, managing conference room scheduling (preferably in EMS), and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and callers; maintain a warm, friendly, and highly professional front-desk presence.Manage conference room reservations and scheduling using EMS or similar software with strong attention to detail.Support attorneys, partners, and C-suite executives with professionalism, discretion, and timely communication.Coordinate meeting logistics, including catering, room setup, technology needs, and guest services.Answer and route calls; manage messages and ensure clear, accurate communication across departments.Maintain an organized, polished reception area and assist with administrative tasks as needed.Collaborate with onsite administrative and facilities teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications2–3 years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment required.Experience with EMS or comparable room-booking/scheduling systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a client-focused, fast-paced setting.Professional, outgoing, warm, and approachable demeanor.Ability to interact confidently with attorneys, partners, executives, and high-profile clients.Dependable, polished, and proactive; committed to delivering exceptional service. Compensation & BenefitsAnnual compensation of $55,000–$65,000, determined based on candidate experience and the client’s approved budget.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement plan and continued education options available. Company DescriptionTDS was founded in 2000 and is a woman-owned business committed to diversity and inclusion.
