Position Overview

Total Control Home Services is actively seeking motivated, professional, and driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business through residential outreach, educating homeowners on our pest control, mosquito treatment, and home service solutions, and closing service agreements.

What Youll Do

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods
• Educate homeowners on pest control, mosquito, and home service solutions
• Build trust through professional communication and product knowledge
  
• Generate and close service contracts
• Represent the Total Control brand with integrity, respect, and professionalism
  
• Accurately submit sales and customer information daily

Compensation Structure

• Starting Commission: 10% of total contract value
• Payout Structure:
  
  • 50% paid after first service completion
    
  • Remaining 50% paid after follow-up/egg-cycle service completion
    
  • Large Contracts ($10,000 ):
    
  • Full commission paid once job is completed and collected
    
  • Daily Pay Available
  • Performance-Based Growth:
    
  • The more you sell, the higher your commission potential increases
