We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Roofing and Siding Contractor to join our team. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards while adhering to safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems including shingles, tiles, and metal roofing.
- Apply siding materials such as vinyl, wood, or fiber cement to residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform concrete forming tasks as needed for structural support.
- Conduct construction estimating to determine project costs and material requirements.
- Execute caulking tasks to ensure weatherproofing of structures.
- Engage in trim carpentry work for finishing touches on projects.
- Handle drywall installation and repairs as part of building enhancements.
- Carry out masonry work for foundations or decorative elements as required.
- Utilize metal stud framing techniques for interior construction projects.
- Collaborate with other contractors and tradespeople on-site to ensure project timelines are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience in roofing and siding installation or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
- Familiarity with concrete forming techniques is preferred.
- Ability to perform construction estimating accurately.
- Experience with caulking, trim carpentry, drywall installation, masonry, and metal stud framing is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work effectively on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
