What You’ll Do
As a Member Services Specialist in our Contact Center, you’ll be a key voice of TCCU, helping members with their everyday financial needs. Your responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to voicemails with professionalism and efficiency
- Assisting members with account inquiries, online banking support, and card services
- Processing payments, ordering debit/credit cards, and supporting ATM/VISA issues
- Opening and closing accounts and accepting loan applications
- Researching and resolving account discrepancies
- Providing friendly, accurate service while maintaining confidentiality
- Educating members on credit union products, services, and promotions
- Following credit union procedures and financial regulations
Your Job Classification & Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Requirements:What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, positive, member-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with computers and financial systems
- Previous banking, credit union, or call center experience preferred
- CU Answers or credit union software experience is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
