What You'll Do
As a Licensed Electrician, you'll play a critical role in delivering safe, high-quality electrical solutions for our customers.
You will:
- Install, maintain, and repair residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical diagrams.
- Design and plan electrical installations when required.
- Ensure all work complies with national, state, and local electrical codes.
- Perform inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Coordinate with other trades to ensure project success.
- Obtain necessary permits and maintain required documentation.
- Provide accurate estimates and realistic timelines for projects.
- Respond to emergency service situations as needed.
- Mentor apprentices and support the development of less experienced electricians.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and workmanship.

Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota Electrical License or Certification
- Journeyman Electrician License strongly preferred
- 3–5 years of electrical experience
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
