What You'll Do

As a Residential Plumber, you'll play a key role in helping homeowners maintain safe, efficient, and reliable plumbing systems.

Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
• Install, maintain, and service plumbing systems and fixtures
• Ensure compliance with local and national plumbing codes
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions
• Respond to emergency service calls promptly and professionally
• Follow safety standards and company procedures
• Accurately document completed work using ServiceTitan software
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, squat, climb stairs and ladders, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
• Ability to drive and sit for extended periods as needed
• Ability to lift, carry, or push up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors and in various environmental conditions
• Ability to maneuver in and out of trenches and assist with septic system and underground plumbing installations and repairs

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 1 year of residential service plumbing experience (PL 01,02,04)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Professional appearance and a strong sense of pride in your work
• Ability to safely operate equipment and work outdoors
• Willingness to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening (MJ OK)
