We are growing and looking for experienced HVAC/R Service Technicians to join our team!

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install commercial HVAC/R systems (1–50 tons)
- Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades
- Troubleshoot electrical, digital controls, refrigeration, and boilers (gas/oil)
- Provide outstanding customer service and build client relationships
- Complete work orders accurately using mobile/web-based applications
- Maintain a clean vehicle and job site
Requirements
- 3 years of commercial HVAC service and repair experience
- Graduate of HVAC trade school or technical institute
- EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, electrical troubleshooting, and controls
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must provide own basic hand tools, meters, and gauges
- Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed
Work Environment
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (hot, cold, indoors, outdoors)
- Must be able to climb, bend, squat, crawl, and lift as required
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Potential of $80,000 – $120,000 per year
