Responsibilities
- Service, repair, install, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems
- Diagnose and identify repair/replacement needs
- Perform work efficiently within company and industry standards
- Maintain clean job sites and vehicles
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Requirements
- 3 years of commercial HVAC/R experience
- Graduate of an accredited HVAC technical program
- Strong skills in HVAC systems (1–50 tons), refrigeration, boilers, electrical, and/or controls
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Must provide own hand tools, meters, and gauges
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Work Environment
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Must be able to climb, kneel, bend, crawl, and stand for extended periods
