Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry tasks, ensuring that linens and garments are cleaned, folded, and stored appropriately.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain the quality of flooring.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while performing cleaning duties.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Assist in janitorial tasks as needed, including restroom sanitation and waste disposal.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning environments.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment operation.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial roles is preferred but not required.
- Experience in hotel housekeeping management is a plus.
