Position Summary
The handyman is a reliable individual with the ability to prioritize tasks and undertake upkeep and repair of interior or exterior company premises as needed. Your maintenance responsibilities involve solving basic electrical and plumbing issues, as well as ensuring interior and exterior structural components are safe and in good condition, such as siding and sidewalks. You must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and you should be proficient with hand and power tools.

Must be able to work flexible shifts, including alternating weekends, and respond to emergencies as needed.

Monday to Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm

Essential Functions
- Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, clean facilities and managing maintenance and light repairs.
- Perform repairs on company machinery, equipment, or appliances.
- Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
- Regularly inspect facilities to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure, or breakdowns.
- Respond to service maintenance calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems
- Troubleshoot general problems
- Undertake duties assigned or emergency tasks
- Maintain a professional, respectable, and well-groomed appearance.
- Possess a courteous, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to speak and communicate clearly with teammates.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to solve problems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow instructions
- Well organized and apt in problem solving
- Proven experience as handyman
- Attention to detail
