Responsibilities
- Professionally steam clean residential and commercial carpets and upholstery
- Answer customer phone calls and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and coordinate daily jobs
- Perform general janitorial and cleaning services as needed
- Mow lawns and assist with seasonal outdoor maintenance
- Perform snow removal during the winter season
- Maintain company equipment and keep work vehicles clean and organized
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license is required
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Friendly, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift equipment and perform physically demanding work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in carpet cleaning or janitorial services is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
