What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Assistant/Technician position at Total Care Veterinary Surgical Center?
We are looking for enthusiastic Veterinary Hospital Aids/Technician Assistants to support our team with a variety of technical tasks and animal care. As a Veterinary Hospital Aids/Technician Assistants, you will be required to help with restraining pets, and provide basic technical assistance such as the setting up and cleaning of equipment, setting parameters, checking doses, and overseeing processes.
Total Care Veterinary Surgical Center is currently looking to hire Veterinary Hospital Aids/Technician Assistants.
- Previous experience preferred*

- The position would require learning how to properly restrain, assist with appointments, assist technicians when needed, learning to draw up vaccines, cleaning and much more.
- Ability to place IV catheters.
- Support RVT in procedures.

Total Care Veterinary Surgical Center is open 6 days a week Monday-Saturday 9:00 AM- 8:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
