- Drive case acceptance through strong patient communication and follow-up
- Verify insurance benefits and clearly review financial options
- Coordinate scheduling to maximize productivity and patient flow
- Serve as a key liaison between patients, doctor, and team
- Experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or similar role preferred
- Strong ability to present treatment and discuss financials
- Proven communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual is a plus
