Position Overview
At Total Care ABA, we empower BCBAs to create an ideal workweek with flexible scheduling and fully remote opportunities. Depending on the state, in-person or hybrid options may also be available for those who prefer direct clinic collaboration. Our model emphasizes clinical excellence, manageable caseloads, and strong BCBA support.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor RBTs and therapy staff in implementing treatment plans
Conduct client interviews and develop individualized treatment plans and reports
Design, implement, and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
Conduct quarterly competency and performance assessments
Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data using CentralReach
