What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• 
  Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in a clinic setting

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills

• Collect accurate data and document client progress

• Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow clinical team members

• Help maintain a safe, structured, and engaging therapy environment

• Build positive relationships with children and their families

• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development

What we expect from you:

• 
  High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification a plus
• Active registration with the BACB
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
