Part-Time Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish)

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Part-Time Bilingual Receptionist to support our on-site Feasterville, PA office during peak-season surges. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role provides a welcoming first impression, assists clients in English and Spanish, and supports insurance services, employee benefits, and general office administration. Additional weekly hours, year-round employment, and administrative advancement may be available for strong performers.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide a welcoming first impression.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in English and Spanish.
• Manage incoming email communications and customer inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
• Assist clients with forms, paperwork, and basic information requests.
• Support insurance services, employee benefits, and general office administration.
• Coordinate team communications through Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Maintain organized digital and physical files while handling multiple priorities accurately and professionally.

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and clear phone etiquette.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Professional appearance and dependable demeanor.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Feasterville, PA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in reception, administrative support, or customer service.
• Experience in insurance, healthcare, employee benefits, or Medicare.
• Experience handling confidential information professionally.
